Site Engineer - Plumbing

We are hiring a Site Engineer – Plumbing with strong UAE experience in MEP contracting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, supervision, and execution of plumbing systems for high-rise buildings, villas, residential, and commercial projects within the UAE, along with a solid understanding of local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings and ensure proper implementation using tools like AutoCAD
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning (pressure testing, flushing, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues and provide technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
• Proven experience in:
• High-rise building projects
• Villas and residential developments
• Commercial buildings
