Light Maintenance Worker (Painting, Carpentry, Plumbig..)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Light Maintenance Worker to handle routine repair and upkeep tasks for flats and houses. If you are handy with tools and take pride in keeping properties in top shape, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform light painting work (touch‑ups, small wall repairs, prep and painting of rooms/trim).

· Carry out basic carpentry tasks (fixing doors, cabinets, shelves, minor furniture repairs).

· Handle common plumbing issues (leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet repairs, pipe sealing).

· General home maintenance (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor tile or grout work).

· Respond to service requests promptly and keep the work area clean and safe.

· Use tools and materials efficiently; report any need for major repairs to the supervisor.

Requirements

· Proven experience in light maintenance – painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing.

· Valid driver’s license (Increase the Salary to 4000 AED).

· English – Intermediate level (able to understand instructions and communicate with tenants/team).

· Physically fit and able to work independently.

· Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.

We Offer

·Base Salary: 3000 AED per month (If you dont have a driver license).

. BaseSalary: 4000 AED per month (If you have a driver license).

· Overtime paid at an agreed rate (extra hours compensated).

· Full‑time, stable work.

· Accommodation is not provided (candidate must have or arrange own housing).
