Maintenance In-charge

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Officer to handle day-to-day maintenance operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking and hold a valid UAE driving license, with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Conduct regular site visits across branches.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience (2–5 years) in maintenance or facilities management Companies .

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Basic English communication skills preferred.
