Plumbing Supervisor

Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team of plumbers and maintenance personnel.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, valves, and sewer systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and ensure efficient and effective repairs.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and system failures.
• Project Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate plumbing installations, upgrades, and renovations within the facility.
• Work with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for plumbing-related projects.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all plumbing systems meet local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures for plumbing work.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
• Inventory and Resources Management:
• Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Order and procure materials as needed, ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Prepare reports on work completed, system performance, and future needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Installation of domestic water pipe networks sewage drainage and storm pipe network.
• Aware about the installation of PPR PVC UPVC CPVC pipe network
