Job Purpose:

To oversee the management and administration of all company properties, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance with regulations, and cost efficiency. The role is responsible for supervising lease agreements, property maintenance, and related documentation to support the organization’s operational and strategic needs.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and manage all company property lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and timely renewals or terminations.
  • Conduct property searches, evaluations, and feasibility assessments to support business expansion or relocation plans.
  • Monitor and ensure proper maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of all company-owned and leased properties.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of property ownership, registration, and related legal documents.
  • Communicate and negotiate with landlords, property owners, and external entities to secure favorable leasing terms and resolve issues.
  • Review and verify all property-related service accounts (e.g., electricity, water, maintenance) to ensure accuracy and prompt payment.
  • Prepare, review, and validate property contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Support real estate investment activities by identifying cost optimization and utilization improvement opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities related to property management as assigned by the Administrative Services Supervisor.



Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or facilities supervision.
  • Experience in managing lease contracts, property documentation, and coordination with government or regulatory authorities is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of property and lease management procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal departments.
