We are seeking a knowledgeable Plumbing Supervisor to manage and oversee all plumbing systems within the hotel. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of water supply, drainage, sewage, hot water systems, pools, and associated infrastructure. The Plumbing Supervisor leads the plumbing team, coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs, and supports pre-opening commissioning activities in alignment with Faena standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing technicians, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of water supply, drainage, sewage, pumps, valves, hot water systems, and pool plumbing.
• Conduct routine inspections to detect leaks, blockages, or inefficiencies and ensure prompt corrective action.
• Coordinate with the Director of Engineering and external contractors for specialized plumbing works and upgrades.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance logs, and statutory inspection reports.
• Manage plumbing spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure operational readiness.
• Train and mentor plumbing technicians on best practices, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
• Coordinate plumbing-related fire safety systems, including sprinklers and hydrants, with Security and authorities.
• Monitor water consumption and support sustainability and efficiency initiatives.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and capital planning for plumbing operations.
• Ensure full compliance with local plumbing codes, health regulations, life safety requirements, and brand standards.

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or Senior Plumber in luxury hotels or large-scale facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, valves, hot water, and pool systems.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, health regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Leadership experience supervising teams and contractors.
• Relevant plumbing certification or trade qualification preferred.
