Plumbing Supervisor

Should Have minimum 4 Year of UAE experience in construction

Should Have UAE Driving License

Candidate who are on cancelled Visa / join immediate will be given preference

Salary AED 4.5k+Accommodation + Company vehicle + Other benefits

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities on construction sites
• Ensure plumbing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Assign tasks to plumbers and ensure optimal workforce utilization
• Monitor progress and report daily/weekly status to the Project Manager

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed installations
• Conduct pressure testing, inspections, and commissioning of plumbing systems

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate plumbing activities with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other trades
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Participate in site meetings and technical discussions

Materials & Resources

• Plan and request plumbing materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Verify deliveries and ensure proper storage of materials

Safety & Housekeeping

• Enforce site safety rules and company HSE policies
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE
• Maintain cleanliness and organized plumbing work areas

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily work reports and manpower records
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents
• Report issues, delays, or non-conformances to management

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certification in Plumbing or Mechanical Works
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction plumbing works
• Prior experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or Foreman preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sanitary, fire fighting, etc.)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
