We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Supervisor with a strong background in hospitality or building management to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our residential buildings. This is a critical position where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
- Oversee and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Lead a team of technicians, contractors, and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address any system issues or improvements.
- Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Work closely with hotel/building management teams to ensure guest and tenant comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Train and mentor junior staff and new technicians.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically in hospitality, commercial buildings, or similar facilities management.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, as well as their integration in large-scale hospitality or commercial buildings.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in MEP systems, safety management, or building maintenance (e.g., LEED, BMS, etc.) are a plus.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Customer Focus: Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers or tenants.
- Health & Safety: Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies
