We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Supervisor with a strong background in hospitality or building management to oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our residential buildings. This is a critical position where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
  • Lead a team of technicians, contractors, and vendors, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform regular inspections to identify and address any system issues or improvements.
  • Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Work closely with hotel/building management teams to ensure guest and tenant comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and new technicians.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically in hospitality, commercial buildings, or similar facilities management.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, as well as their integration in large-scale hospitality or commercial buildings.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in MEP systems, safety management, or building maintenance (e.g., LEED, BMS, etc.) are a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
  • Customer Focus: Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers or tenants.
  • Health & Safety: Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale commercial buildings.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies
