### Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor

#### Job Summary:

A maintenance supervisor is responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently. Plans maintenance plans, with the support you prefer.

#### Responsibilities:

- Managing a diverse department team.

- Developing new and corrective event specializations.

- Monitoring equipment and its basic requirements.

- Adhering to occupational safety standards.

- Preparing periodic reports on equipment status and team performance.

- Follow up with other departments and workflow.

- Training team members.

#### Qualifications:

- A degree in science or a related field.

- Previous experience in the field of presidency, preferably in the role of the conqueror.

- Strong communication and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions.

- Good knowledge of modern defense systems.

#### Required Skills:

- High organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Familiarity with modern maintenance techniques.

- Skills in using maintenance-related matters.

#### Work Environment:

Works in a supervisory capacity in industrial or commercial environments, and work sometimes requires being in different locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD400.000 per month
