Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for all Hard Services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Protection systems.
  • Support in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Review work orders, maintenance logs, and technical reports to verify task completion and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist the Manager in preparing maintenance strategies, workload planning, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to HSE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to identify faults, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and validate the quality of completed work.
  • Support in preparing technical documentation including reports, estimates, budgets, and procurement requests.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical issues and provide timely updates on service progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Hard Services or Facilities Management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and firefighting systems.
  • Experience in maintenance scheduling, manpower coordination, and workflow management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • GCC experience and a valid driving license are an added advantage.
