Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for all Hard Services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Protection systems.
- Support in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Review work orders, maintenance logs, and technical reports to verify task completion and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist the Manager in preparing maintenance strategies, workload planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to HSE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify faults, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and validate the quality of completed work.
- Support in preparing technical documentation including reports, estimates, budgets, and procurement requests.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical issues and provide timely updates on service progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Hard Services or Facilities Management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and firefighting systems.
- Experience in maintenance scheduling, manpower coordination, and workflow management.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- GCC experience and a valid driving license are an added advantage.
