MEP Supervisor – Construction Projects

A leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ MEP Supervisor- Knowledge in Civil, MEP & HVAC cum Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all site MEP works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections for mechanical and electrical installations such as ducting, piping, cabling, supports, insulation, equipment installation, valves, and control systems.
• Verify that all materials and equipment received comply with approved technical submittals and project specifications.
• Manage manpower allocation, tools, and material utilization to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Civil, Architectural, and other engineering teams to resolve site clashes and coordination issues.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project management for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, inspection requests, material logs, and site documentation.
• Assist in the development of method statements, risk assessments, and testing/commissioning procedures in accordance with QA/QC and HSE guidelines.
• Support and participate in testing, balancing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring proper performance and compliance.
• Identify design discrepancies, site issues, and installation conflicts, and recommend effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture among workforce and subcontractors.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings to ensure alignment of activities and timely decision-making.
• Maintain organized documentation for inspections, tests, and system handover procedures.

Qualification:

Experience- 4 -6 years working in similar role in Villas / High Rise Building Projects

Qualification- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Good command in English & Hindi language (Speaking & Written)

Have a valid Bahrain OR GCC Driving License
