Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis . This role will support the maintenance department by preparing reports, pricing documents, and technical drawings, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare pricing proposals.

· Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.

· Prepare evacuation reports.

· Prepare detailed building reports.

· Create drawings using AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field (fresh graduate).

· Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Strong reporting and documentation skills.

· Good teamwork and communication skills.

· Willingness to learn and take initiative.
