HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As our Plumbing Supervisor, you'll direct the daily rhythm of the plumbing operation-supervising technicians with clear targets, fielding general and technical questions to keep work moving, and ensuring materials are in place through stock ordering and inventory oversight. You'll coordinate from the office to align schedules and priorities, then step onsite to verify quality and support your team. Your combination of leadership presence, system thinking, and practical expertise safeguards safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM. This is a hybrid role blending inoffice coordination with onsite leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

We're looking for someone experienced who can successfully lead a team and provide constructive guidance to ensure we meet key performance metrics. If that sounds like you, and you meet the following, you could be an excellent fit as our Plumbing Supervisor!

• Indiana plumbing license
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong leadership abilities

• Competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000 annually
