Plumbing Supervisor

The MEP Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plumbing activities on site, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing works including water supply, drainage, sanitary, storm water
• Coordinate daily activities of foremen, chargehands, plumbers, and helpers
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Verify availability of materials, tools, and manpower
• Assist in testing, commissioning, inspections, and authority approvals
• Identify site issues and provide technical guidance to site teams
• Maintain daily reports, manpower records, and work progress updates

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in MEP plumbing works
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience in UAE construction or MEP projects
• Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or industrial projects
