Serment Company, a facility management and maintenance company, is looking for a qualified Plumbing Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing maintenance and repair works for buildings and facilities.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and fix water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

Install, maintain, and repair sanitary fixtures, valves, pipes, pumps, and related plumbing components.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing issues.

Identify defects, leaks, blockages, and system failures, and take corrective action.

Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and other technical teams.

Ensure all works are completed safely, properly, and on time.

Follow company procedures, site safety rules, and client requirements.

3+ years of previous experience as a Plumbing Technician in facility management, maintenance, or building services.

Good knowledge of facility management and maintenance operations, including building plumbing systems, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and service requests.

Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repair works independently, including work on water supply networks, drainage lines, sanitary fixtures, valves, and mixers.

Hands-on experience in leak detection and repair, blockage troubleshooting and clearing, and troubleshooting and repairing pumps and pressure-related plumbing issues.

Experience following preventive maintenance schedules, work order instructions, corrective maintenance procedures, and safety procedures.

Must be able to speak Arabic.

Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Able to perform hands-on site work, including lifting, bending, using standard plumbing tools and maintenance equipment, working in service areas, and responding to urgent maintenance requests when required.

Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, drainage tools, leak detection tools, and blockage clearing equipment.

Good communication skills and attention to detail; experience coordinating with maintenance supervisors and client-site staff is preferred.

Transferable Iqama is preferred.

Previous experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or facility maintenance projects is preferred.

A technical diploma, vocational training, or relevant plumbing certification is preferred.

A valid driving license is preferred.

Ability to join within 30 days or less is preferred.
