Plumbing/Mechanical Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Draughtsman (AutoCAD) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing and fire fighting drafting and design. We seek a detail-oriented professional who is locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed plumbing and fire fighting shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, IPC, and local UAE regulations.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plumbing & Fire Fighting Draughtsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, water supply, sprinkler layouts, and piping layouts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
