• Ensure safety, reliability and general upkeep of all P&M assets at site
• Plan and carry out periodical maintenance on the equipment as per recommended periodicity and site conditions.
• Monitoring and optimizing equipment availability and utilization of equipment.
• Co-ordinating for timely equipment mobilization/demobilization and commissioning /de-commissioning works.
• Planning and control of spares procurement, consumption, stock and obsolescence.
• Allocation/ distribution of activities among subordinates and monitoring their performance
• Planning and control of manpower requirement
• Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of ISO9001:2008 QMS.
• Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements related to P&M functioning.
