PM Bartender - Skye Lounge

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wine, to guests.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Ensure that all food and drink orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system to manage transactions.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, and restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed.
- Maintain a commitment to food safety and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage your time efficiently to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Skills

- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Cash handling experience and the ability to manage transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food and drink preparation and presentation.
