PM Coordinator

Job Summary


The PM Coordinator supports project managers and technical teams in planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to the enterprise network infrastructure. This includes organizing meetings, tracking project progress, preparing reports, managing timelines, and coordinating across departments to ensure deliverables are met. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a solid understanding of network technologies and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support multiple network infrastructure projects simultaneously.

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and status reports.

  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, or resource constraints.

  • Schedule meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including scope, requirements, deliverables, and change requests.

  • Track project budgets, invoices, and procurement activities in coordination with finance and procurement departments.

  • Facilitate quality control, compliance checks, and ensure adherence to PMO processes and standards.

  • Support post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT or enterprise networking environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise network components (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smart-sheet).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts is a significant asset.
