Position Overview

The PM Dining Room Host is responsible for maintaining an exceptional and welcoming dining environment during evening hours. This role ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained restaurant while feeling genuinely cared for.

This is not just a cleaning role — it is a hospitality-focused position that requires awareness, professionalism, and initiative.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Greet guests warmly and conduct table touches throughout their visit
• Offer beverage refreshes, sauces, and assistance proactively
• Practice Chick-fil-A hospitality standards at all times
• Address guest concerns calmly and notify leadership when needed

Dining Room Excellence

• Maintain clean tables, floors, restrooms, and trash areas
• Ensure condiment stations remain stocked and organized
• Monitor the patio, parking lot, drive-thru, entrance, and play area for cleanliness and safety
• Reset dining areas quickly during peak hours

Brand Standards

• Maintain high presentation standards throughout the restaurant
• Report maintenance or signage issues to leadership promptly
• Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards

Team Support

• Communicate effectively with Front of House leadership
• Assist with mobile orders, carry-out flow, or operations as needed
• Step into additional support roles during high-volume periods

• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
• Reliable and punctual
