Key Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping</li>
<li>Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage</li>
<li>Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system</li>
<li>Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas</li>
<li>Incorporate safe work practices in job performance</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required</li>
