PM Laundry Attendant/Houseman

Responsibilities

• Handle all laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding
• Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialized garments, ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices
• Assist with replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support the housekeeping team by providing timely assistance with laundry-related tasks and light housekeeping duties as needed
• Follow safety protocols during laundry operations and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and uphold high standards of service

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Opening availability including the weekends
• Prior experience in laundry services, cleaning, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of laundry techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the hotel schedule.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
