Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PM Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a PM Server, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant during evening hours, delivering exceptional guest hospitality through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and seamless coordination with kitchen and bar staff. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar teams
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage tables efficiently by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling and sanitation protocols
• Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings effectively and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is mandatory ,experience in bussing or guest relations is beneficial
• Passion for hospitality, with a friendly demeanor and team-oriented attitude
