PMC Quality Engineer -Specialist ( Offshore )
Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Quality Specialist Engineers in Abu Dhabi within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at Abu Dhabi office.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide.
Identification and regular engagement with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gathering feedback on performance. - Support the effective planning and allocation of resources (including people and budgets) enabling delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables
Implementing the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across their organization ensuring that its application is effective and that compliance with the system is routinely monitored, assessed and improved as necessary. Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate.

Expected:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline (essential)
Minimum 15 years atleast 10 years in oil & gas (Offshore experience )
Lead Auditor qualification by recognized industry body (essential)
Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable)
Experience in the middle east is preferred
Be a team player where recognition of team performance as a whole is a greater priority than projecting individual contribution
Be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities
Assuring that work and project promises are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews have been conducted
