Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent PMCM Utilities Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility inspection, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inspection tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect utility installations, including water, sewer, gas, and electrical systems, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Monitor construction activities and verify that work is performed according to approved plans and standards.

• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Conduct site visits and inspections regularly to monitor progress and quality.

• Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and protocols.

• Manage inspection documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility inspection or related field.

• Proven track record of conducting inspections for utility projects.

• Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction methods, and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in inspection and project management software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in utility inspection or related field.

• Experience with PMCM services.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
