Key Responsibilities
- 1. Plan, allocate, complete, and verify daily work while ensuring root cause analysis and closure of complaints.
- 2. Maintain machines and equipment in running condition by focusing on timely PMS, correct usage, and monitoring MTBF & MTTR.
- 3. Manage critical spare parts inventory with effective forecasting and usage tracking.
- 4. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities (NVA) and conduct energy audits to optimize resource utilization.
- 5. Ensure machines deliver defect-free parts, integrating Poka Yoke wherever applicable.
- 6. Track and update improvement projects weekly; submit completion reports to management.
- 7. Identify and fulfill training needs of team members; conduct monthly performance evaluations.
- 8. Prepare and present monthly status reports, monitoring departmental performance against annual targets and addressing gaps.
- 9. Develop and maintain an organization chart and manpower plan aligned with departmental and company goals.
- 10. Define and achieve annual and quarterly departmental goals.
- 11. Build and lead a cohesive team, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures; provide on-the-job, offline, and mentorship training.
- 12. Coordinate with the HR/Personal department for execution of all factory-related civil works.

- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise in MTBF, MTTR, PMS, and energy management.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance standards.
- Strong reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in maintenance, production support, or plant engineering.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
