Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and innovation across Alstom’s global operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrialization, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning, and Facility Development), lead efforts to standardize operations, and champion world-class manufacturing practices.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing regional and site industrial operations, but also implement performance-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency and foster continuous improvement.
We’ll look to you for:
Overseeing and coordinating activities within Regional and Site Industrial Operations
Ensuring collaboration across disciplines such as Industrialization, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning, and Facility Development
Developing and implementing standardized processes and tools for Industrial Operations
Driving compliance with the Alstom Management System and applicable rail standards
Leading the Industrialization Business Capability Center to promote best practices
Championing the integration of automation and robotics into transversal programs
Providing operational support to critical sites and strategic initiatives
Establishing and monitoring industrial performance measurement systems
Developing and implementing industrial improvement action plans
Overseeing the management of industrial competencies and fostering workforce development

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or a similar domain
Strong knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices
Familiarity with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies
A certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related area
Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes
Strong leadership and communication skills to drive collaboration across teams
