Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;
  • Leading and manage all aspects of cost and commercial management on assigned projects.
  • Providing accurate cost advice and forecasting throughout pre-contract and post-contract phases.
  • Conducting tender analysis, contract administration, valuations, and change management.
  • Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities (BOQs), and procurement documentation.
  • Managing variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentoring and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting business development efforts by contributing to proposals, pitches, and client meetings when required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying.

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.
