PMIS Manager

About the Role

The Project Management Systems Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing project management systems and digital platforms used to control cost, schedule, documents, risk, and reporting across a complex giga development. The role ensures system integrity, data accuracy, governance compliance, and seamless integration between project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management systems, PMO systems, or project controls environments.
• Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise project management systems on large or giga projects.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.
• Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized.

Systems Experience

• Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, Unifier, Procore)
• Cost & Project Controls Systems
• Scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent)
• Reporting & BI tools (Power BI or similar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼36,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
