JOB PURPOSE
Supports the implementation, configuration, and administration of the PMIS systems to enable effective project planning, execution, and reporting across NHC. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and performance reports, managing system integrations, and resolving technical issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Policies, Processes & Procedures:
• Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
FUNCTION ACCOUNTABILITY
1 Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to PMIS
2 Plan, design, and implement PMIS solutions, including integrations with ERP, HR, Finance, Procurement, and third-party applications.
3 Design, configure, and maintain the Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to ensure accurate project planning, execution, and reporting
4 Perform analysis on PMIS functionality, identifying systems gaps, inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements.
5 Manage the ticketed query and issue-tracking systems, ensuring comprehensive resolution logs are updated and maintained
6 Consult with project managers, internal stakeholders, and other IT teams to improve PMIS performance and usability.
7 Prepare systems maintenance plans, upgrade schedules, and documentation to ensure business continuity
8 Conduct root-cause analysis of PMIS errors or failures, escalating critical issues
9 Manage data migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality
10 Provide technical support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders on PMIS features, applications, and integrations
11 Identify and resolve technical issues related to PMIS
12 Deliver regular and customized training to users to ensure optimal adoption of PMIS functionalities
13 Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for PMIS systems
14 Ability to translate project management requirements into systems solutions and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 3-4+ Years of experience in a related field
