Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO & Admin Officer to assist the team with day-to-day operations and project-related administrative tasks. This role combines typical CRES responsibilities with additional activities focused on portal management, operational support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain all customer bidding portals, ensuring timely updates and uploading of required entity documents (e.g., GOSI, Saudization Certificate).
• Register Capgemini across new customer supplier portals as needed, including occasional travel for registration requirements.
• Track invoicing portals and coordinate with internal teams to provide weekly status reports.
• Organize meetings with partners and stakeholders based on business needs.
• Follow up on project-related administrative tasks, including fleet management and other operational requirements.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
• Support onboarding, travel arrangements, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting for departmental activities .

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative or PMO support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of supplier portals is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred); eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
