The PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing IT project governance by managing the project portfolio and ensuring effective evaluation, prioritization, and execution of IT initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders to drive value, efficiency, and compliance across all IT projects. Arabic Speaking Preferred.
Requirements

Manage and improve the IT portfolio of initiatives and associated governance processes.

Act as an advisor to business stakeholders on IT-related projects.

Analyze business cases and provide prioritization, categorization, and scoring for project selection.

Analyze project data and information to identify improved execution methods and new business opportunities.

Coordinate and drive the Service Order process effectively across IT departments.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Vendor Analysts, and Enterprise Analysts to develop business cases, project scorecards, and Statements of Work (SOW) for all IT projects.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Handle pressure efficiently while managing multiple priorities.

Possess a strong understanding of project management and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, Scrum).
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

PMP certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management and PMO support.

Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

Highly diligent with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
