* Responsible to coordinate with the Engineering team for the new project.
* Follow up with the Eng. Team to complete the snag and make sure all the utilities are connected.
* Setting rental rates, negotiating, and enforcing lease agreements.
* Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
* Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
* Managing collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
* Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
* Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
* Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
* Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
* Responsible to review and approval for PM agreement with the owner (SHK office)
* Coordinate and update accounts dept. for the new agreements and financial reports.
