PMO Analyst / Strategic Planning Specialist

Support the strategic planning, monitoring, and delivery of IT and venue technology programs. Provide analytical insights, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and manage reporting for project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, report, and document project progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Monitor vendor/service provider performance against SLAs and contracts.

• Support strategic IT initiatives, aligning them with long-term business goals.

• Conduct resource and financial planning for venue technology projects.

• Coordinate stakeholder communication and produce executive dashboards.

Requirements:

• 4–10+ years of IT/PMO experience, preferably in sports/events.

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Administration.

• PMP, Agile, or Business Analysis certifications preferred.

• Strong data analysis, reporting (Excel, Power BI), and project management skills.

• Bilingual – Arabic speaking
