PMO Consultant

Roles & responsibilities

•The role requires utilizing expertise in Power BI to construct, enhance & maintain dynamic dashboards & reports

•Translate complex data into actionable insights for various business stakeholders


•Work in close co-ordination with global onshore to efficiently collate, validate & refresh critical datasets leveraging range of tools & software.

•Implement data validation processes by ensuring accuracy, integrity & consistency across all datasets used for reporting & analysis by adhering to best practices in collaboration in data governance.

•Act as a liaison between data team & business units effectively translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for dashboard development & data collection, alignment with strategic objectives.

Work experience

Graduates applying for the position of SA should have 2- 4 years of experience. Alternatively, postgraduates can apply for SA positions with 1-3 years of experience.



Mandatory technical & functional skills

•Strong skills in using Power Query and Excel for data transformation, and analysis. Demonstrated ability to clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets.

•Proficient in creating data visualizations, preferably using PowerBI.


Preferred technical & functional skills

•Experience with other visualization tools such as Tableau will be beneficial.

•Experience in managing and optimizing databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility, querying languages and techniques.

•Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Knime, equivalent tools also preferred.

•Skilled in SharePoint to enhance collaboration and data sharing.
