PMO Coordinator
Job Brief
Are you the organizational backbone every project needs? We are seeking a dedicated PMO Coordinator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) at GICG. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency and governance of our project portfolio. With 2+ years of progressive PMO experience, you will be responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and coordinating communication across diverse, cross-functional project teams. You will be the steward of project data integrity and the driving force behind consistent project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress and performance metrics, highlighting deviations and providing timely status updates to the PMO Manager.
- Planning & Tracking Support: Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure milestones are met.
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional communication between project teams, stakeholders, and department leads.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately and that teams adhere to established PMO processes and governance standards.
- Resource & Budget Assistance: Assist in basic resource allocation and budget tracking, reporting against plans for senior management review.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing project documentation and tracking progress.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ideally Power BI.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze performance data and contribute to project reporting.
- Adaptability: A proactive and adaptable approach to changing project priorities.
Requirements
- Experience: Preferably, 2+ years of progressive experience within a PMO environment, but fresh graduates with a PM mindset are welcome to apply.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Management.
- Fluent English and Arabic is a MUST
- Work Location: Onsite.
