PMO Coordinator - Engineer
Mission
To support project governance, planning, and performance monitoring within the PMO framework, ensuring alignment with engineering standards, timelines, and organizational project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Control

Support development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.

Monitor project progress against baselines (scope, time, cost).

Assist in identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
-
Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical inputs.
-
Ensure alignment with project management methodologies and standards.
-
Track project milestones and highlight deviations.
-
All other duties assigned by Management
PMO Governance & Reporting
-
Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and standards.
-
Prepare project dashboards and performance reports.
-
Support in portfolio-level reporting and analysis.
-
Maintain centralized PMO documentation and records.
-
Assist in project audits and reviews.
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives within PMO.
Technical Coordination
-
Review engineering deliverables for completeness (not approval).
-
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely submissions.
-
Support integration between engineering disciplines.
Authority & Accountability
-
Monitor and report project performance to PMO/Management.
-
Enforce adherence to PMO standards and processes.
-
No authority on final project approvals unless delegated.
-
Escalate risks, delays, and compliance issues
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of project reporting.

Compliance rate with PMO standards and processes.

Early identification and escalation of project risks.

Schedule adherence and variance tracking.

Quality of project data and dashboards.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture).

2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.

Knowledge of project management principles (PMI or equivalent is a plus).

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and project tools (e.g., Primavera / MS Project).

Good command of English (spoken and written).
