About the Role:
Lead the PMO for JEDCO’s aviation portfolio, overseeing multi-package programs exceeding US$1B. Drive program delivery excellence, digital PMO implementation, and client engagement across large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the PMO for multi-package aviation programs.
Oversee program planning, scheduling, risk, and financial management.
Manage complex contracts (FIDIC or bespoke) and ensure compliance.
Implement Digital PMO (dPMO) and integrated digital delivery systems.
Lead stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and business development.
Ensure program delivery aligns with international best practices (PMI/APM/P3M3).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
20+ years in large-scale aviation & infrastructure program management.
Proven PMO leadership for programs >US$1B.
Strong GCC market experience with client relationship management.
Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, MAPM) desirable.
Skills & Knowledge:
Advanced program planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Deep understanding of international PM methodologies (PMI, APM, P3M3).
Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
Digital PMO (dPMO) and integrated digital delivery experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
