PMO Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the PMO for multi-package aviation programs.
  • Oversee program planning, scheduling, risk, and financial management.
  • Manage complex contracts (FIDIC or bespoke) and ensure compliance.
  • Implement Digital PMO (dPMO) and integrated digital delivery systems.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and business development.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with international best practices (PMI/APM/P3M3).
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 20+ years in large-scale aviation & infrastructure program management.
  • Proven PMO leadership for programs >US$1B.
  • Strong GCC market experience with client relationship management.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Advanced program planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Deep understanding of international PM methodologies (PMI, APM, P3M3).
  • Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
  • Digital PMO (dPMO) and integrated digital delivery experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
