This role sits at the core of our operations, governing how projects are planned, executed, and delivered across purchasing, supply planning, logistics, IT, finance, and customer support.
You will define PMO standards, oversee mission-critical operational projects, manage risk and escalations, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into execution, performance, and priorities.
Responsibilities:
PMO Governance & Operational Standards

Develop and maintain standardized PMO methodologies across project lifecycles—from initiation to closure.

Establish governance frameworks for operational initiatives covering purchasing, supply availability, delivery performance, financial alignment, and customer support workflows.

Drive consistency through templates, SOPs, approval workflows, and operational playbooks.

Review purchase orders to ensure governance compliance, supporting demand planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.

Ensure cross-department initiatives follow governance standards across purchasing, finance, operations, IT, and customer support.

Lead PMO maturity assessments and implement enhancements aligned with business growth and operational scale.
Project Execution Oversight & Risk Management

Oversee execution of critical operational projects across regions, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

Monitor operational risks such as delivery delays, stock inaccuracies, capacity constraints, and cut-off failures.

Lead escalation processes for operational disruptions, system outages, and network bottlenecks with clear recommendations and leadership updates.

Coordinate readiness for peak seasons through planning, stress-testing, and resource alignment.

Track expansion initiatives including new site launches, capacity increases, and process reengineering.
Performance Reporting & Executive Communication

Develop real-time dashboards covering project health, risks, milestones, and KPIs.

Prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, and steering committee updates.

Analyze operational trends to identify improvement opportunities and support long-term planning.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Leadership

Act as the central coordination point between Operations, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Contact Center, and other functions.

Facilitate structured decision-making by consolidating issues, presenting options, and driving clarity on ownership and actions.

Enable effective collaboration, conflict resolution, and barrier removal across teams.

Partner with IT to ensure system changes do not disrupt customer experience.

Support demand planning for offline and multi-channel operations.

Work closely with Finance on budget approvals, cost validation, and operational financial planning.
