PMO Manager

We’re looking for a high-performance PMO Manager to join the CEO’s Office (dubai based company) — someone who can bring structure, clarity, and speed to execution across functions, while being hands-on with strategy, communication, and product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage progress across all strategic projects and initiatives
• Monitor team productivity and drive cross-functional accountability
• Conduct competition benchmarking and market/industry research
• Draft and review product BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
• Prepare high-quality presentations and executive-ready content
• Support product marketing efforts in collaboration with relevant teams
• Set up and manage project tracking tools for seamless reporting

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2–3 years of experience in product/project management, strategy, or business operations
• Strong skills in content writing, presentation making, and stakeholder communication
• Prior exposure to product marketing and launch coordination
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, and also Figma for user flows/wireframes
• Basic working knowledge of GitHub (issue tracking, sprint updates)
• Understanding of AWS environments (staging, deployment basics, logs)
• High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working directly with CXOs
• Bonus: Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
