Deloitte’s T&T practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

About the Role

As a Manager in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large infrastructure and IT programs, including airport modernization, metro, smart city, and transport projects.
• Establish and implement project governance, monitoring frameworks, and PMO processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting to stakeholders and clients.
• Plan and execute projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement process monitoring, and contract management.
• Coordinate multi-vendor operations and ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with civil and MEP teams to ensure integration of design, construction, and IT systems.
• Support client management and consulting services, including strategic guidance and solution recommendations.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or IT projects , preferably in airport modernization, metro, or smart city domains.
• Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and IT systems integration .
• Expertise in project governance, PMO frameworks, and multi-vendor management .
• Excellent project planning, execution, and tracking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in reporting, risk management, and procurement monitoring .
• Ability to work under tight schedules and manage onsite project delivery .
• Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification preferred (or equivalent project management certification).
