As IT & PMO Manager , you will lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee local IT operations, and coordinate strategic projects in close collaboration with our Group teams in Poland and other international markets.

You will act as a bridge between business, technology, and data—driving efficiency, automation, and sustainable growth.


What You Will Do

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives aligned with business and market needs
  • Support the transition of manual processes into digital solutions
  • Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Coordinate ERP change requests and continuous improvement activities with Group stakeholders

IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Ensure stable and uninterrupted IT infrastructure in coordination with Group IT teams
  • Manage local IT hardware support (including card printing operations)
  • Coordinate network, security, and cloud monitoring with central teams
  • Conduct regular IT infrastructure checks across offices in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir
  • Support IT setup for new office openings in line with Group standards

Project Management

  • Manage and coordinate strategic local and global projects
  • Work closely with Group software, infrastructure, and data teams
  • Prepare project documentation and lead kickoff meetings
  • Manage stakeholder communication across local and international teams
  • Present weekly and monthly project status reports to management

Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage annual IT & PMO budgets together with central teams
  • Monitor budget usage and report deviations
  • Coordinate IT purchasing and inventory processes

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the IT & PMO team
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
  • Support training, documentation, and knowledge sharing


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, project management, or digital transformation
  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization
  • Strong stakeholder and project coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Jira; familiarity with Power BI, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of data, reporting, and IT infrastructure
  • Advanced level of English (written & spoken)

Certifications such as PMP, PSM, PSPO or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
