We are seeking an experienced and strategic
PMO Manager
to establish and lead our client Program Management Office, driving the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from inception through to handover. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while adhering to Tier III/Tier IV standards, ISO frameworks, and organizational goals.
This is a pivotal role that combines technical oversight with leadership and governance—ideal for a seasoned manager passionate about mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce standardized project management processes, governance, and reporting aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Uptime Institute standards.

Lead integrated project planning and scheduling across MEP

Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and financial targets.

Oversee contractor and stakeholder management, facilitating clear communication between internal teams, consultants, and clients.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary PMO team.

Drive continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned and benchmarking against best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:

Experince in project management, with at least 5 years in data centers, ICT, or mission-critical infrastructure.

Proven experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project

Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.

Excellent financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English is essential.
