PMO Manager – Data Center Projects

We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Manager to establish and lead our client Program Management Office, driving the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from inception through to handover. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while adhering to Tier III/Tier IV standards, ISO frameworks, and organizational goals.

This is a pivotal role that combines technical oversight with leadership and governance—ideal for a seasoned manager passionate about mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce standardized project management processes, governance, and reporting aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Uptime Institute standards.
• Lead integrated project planning and scheduling across MEP
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and financial targets.
• Oversee contractor and stakeholder management, facilitating clear communication between internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary PMO team.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned and benchmarking against best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experince in project management, with at least 5 years in data centers, ICT, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
• Excellent financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
