Position Overview:

We are seeking PMO Officer who keeps projects moving by coordinating cross-functional work, enforcing documentation standards, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication. Reporting to the PMO Head in Riyadh, this role supports planning and tracking, prepares client-ready status packs, and ensures that deliverables meet company policies and Saudi market requirements. Success looks like on-time milestones, tidy audit trails, and fewer surprises in executive reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-department liaison: Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and hand-offs across functions; chase actions to closure.
  • Client communications: Draft clear, professional emails; prepare talking points for calls/meetings; log decisions and next steps.
  • PMO governance support: Maintain project calendars, RAID/action trackers, change requests, and status dashboards.
  • Documentation & compliance: Ensure company templates/policies are followed; version-control files; prepare approval packages.
  • Meeting cadence: Schedule/prepare agendas, capture minutes, track follow-ups; compile weekly status reports for the Commissioning/Project leads.
  • Quality assist: Sanity-check submittals for completeness and formatting before manager sign-off.
  • Continuous improvement: Propose small process tweaks that reduce cycle time and rework.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BBA or any relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a PMO/Project Coordinator/Operations role (engineering or construction environment preferred).
  • Tools: Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & PDF skills; comfort with trackers and templates.
  • Communication: Excellent written email etiquette and confident client-facing demeanor.
  • Personality: Responsible, organized, deadline driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with commissioning terminology and electro-mechanical projects.
  • Working knowledge of basic PMO concepts (milestones, RAID, baselines; PMBOK/PRINCE2 exposure is a plus).
  • Basic data visualization (Excel/Power BI) for weekly summary slides.
