Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with prior analyst experience and strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will support organisation-wide data initiatives, process improvements, and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a central data repository, ensuring accurate collection, organisation and analysis of company-wide data.
  • Build and manage MIS dashboards, templated reports, reporting schedules and checks & balances.
  • Maintain an ongoing PMO tracker for all key organisational tasks and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on new ventures/ideas and develop required analyses, reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, share information, and track progress.
  • Support the development of SOPs, processes and organisational systems.
  • Conduct deep-dive studies into verticals for process documentation.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives across functions.
  • Assist Business Heads with presentations, data requirements and process alignment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Or Master’s degree
  • Mandatory Skills: Strong Excel proficiency
  • Experience : 0-3 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
