Role Overview
The role will coordinate, lead, and deliver the end-to-end transformation program for Oracle Fusion, Aero billing, and non-aero billing solutions for an airport environment. This role is responsible for project governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of ERP and the billing solution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery
· Develop, manage, and track integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Oracle Fusion, Aero billing, and non-aero billing workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
· Oversee project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely resolution and escalation as needed.
· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, with a particular emphasis on billing solution controls, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
· Manage PMO activities related to reporting on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
Solution Integration & Implementation
· Collaborate with technical leads and solution architects to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with Aero and non-aero billing systems, as well as any other business applications.
· Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities in coordination with data management teams, ensuring accurate transition of ERP and billing data.
· Guide implementation teams in translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions, utilizing billing solution modules for portfolio, resource, and risk management.
· Support end-to-end testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation reviews to ensure a smooth transition and minimal business disruption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
· Act as the primary liaison between business leads, IT, external partners, and end users for Oracle Fusion, Aero, and non-aero billing initiatives.
· Facilitate cross-functional workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to drive user adoption and process alignment, ensuring project teams are proficient in billing solution tools and features.
· Support change management initiatives to minimize business disruption and maximize project benefits, including the rollout of collaborative billing management capabilities.
Compliance, Security & Governance
· Ensure all project activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, audit standards), including those specific to billing and ERP data.
· Collaborate with IT/security teams to implement secure, compliant project solutions across Oracle Fusion and billing environments.
· Establish and enforce project governance, including escalation paths and quality assurance processes for project deliverables and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 8–10 years of experience in project management for large-scale ERP and billing solution implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion, Aero, and non-aero billing) in asset-intensive or airport environments.
· Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and cross-functional program delivery, with hands-on experience in billing controls, scheduling, and reporting.
· Demonstrated experience in system integration, data migration, and stakeholder management for both ERP and billing platforms.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), Oracle ERP, or billing solutions in an airport environment are preferred.
