A Snapshot of your day
The role is pivotal in advancing Samsung's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce strategy by driving platform enhancements, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring platform stability in line with global standards. The PMO will work closely with internal teams, regional platform and logistics teams, ERP teams, and solution partners to deliver stable platform operations and innovative solutions that align with D2C growth objectives.
How You Will Make an Impact?

Lead the implementation of technical products and set standards for new feature rollouts.

Manage and motivate scrum teams to deliver high-quality outputs that add business value.

Oversee a team of project managers, platform managers, and QA leads.

Act as a liaison between regional and global teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Run multiple delivery streams across markets, ensuring governance and identifying success factors.

Maintain project documentation and build a regional knowledge repository.

Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency with markets and partner agencies.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and operational processes.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including responding to ad-hoc requests from the HQ Office.

Report on monthly performance, challenges, and recommendations to management.
What you'll need?

7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 7 years in project/program management or similar roles.

Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and technical skills.

Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies and acting as a Scrum Master.

Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms (ERP, WMS, Hybris, SAP, etc.).

Ability to manage risks, de-escalate conflicts, and optimize performance.

Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
