PMP Certified Business Analyst (HRIS)

About the Role:

We are seeking a PMP-certified IT Business Analyst for a hybrid contract position with a state government agency. This role provides critical support for Time Management, Labor, and HRIS implementations, upgrades, and post-launch optimization for an enterprise system supporting over 4000 employees.

As the Human Resources Business Analyst, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for key systems, including UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG HR Service Delivery. You will analyze business requirements, perform system testing, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems and provide effective solutions.

Please note: This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local to the Metro Atlanta area and available to report onsite as directed by the client.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Time Management, Labor, and HRIS implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work.
• Analyze information to determine the nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns.
• Perform systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
• Perform data imports/exports and conduct routine checks for quality assurance and data integrity.
• Maintain and update system configurations, look-up tables, business rules, and interfaces.
• Work with IT and other stakeholders to resolve problems and provide solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and assist in the development of standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• An active PMP certification is mandatory (must be uploaded).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with a project team responsible for the rollout or migration of data at an enterprise level.
• Expert user of Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37.00 per hour
