Job Title: PMS Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMS Specialist to manage, maintain, and improve the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization. The role involves handling KPIs, KRAs, appraisals, reporting, and system coordination to support management decision-making and employee performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

PMS & Performance Management

  • Implement and manage the company’s Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs and KRAs for all departments
  • Coordinate annual and periodic performance appraisals
  • Ensure timely completion of goal setting, reviews, and evaluations

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate PMS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management
  • Analyze performance trends and identify gaps or improvement areas
  • Maintain accurate PMS data in ERP systems

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with department heads to align KPIs with business goals
  • Support managers and employees on PMS-related queries
  • Conduct PMS awareness or training sessions when required

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure PMS processes comply with company policies
  • Maintain proper documentation, appraisal records, and audit readiness
  • Support HR in linking PMS outcomes with rewards, increments, or development plans

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in PMS / HR Analytics / Performance Management
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, appraisals, and reporting
  • Experience with ERP / HRMS / PMS tools
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in UAE-based organizations
  • Exposure to ISO, audit, or compliance-driven PMS
  • Advanced Excel or reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
